Over 10 years after the establishment of the zone, Anshan High-tech Zone invested several hundred millions of construction fund and has formed a relatively complete infrastructure.

    Anshan High-tech Zone has the complete road, water supply, drainage, drain contamination, heat power, electric power, burning gas and telecommunication system and hydrology and geology condition is excellent. Perfect functional and service complete facilities have been constructed like commerce, office, habitation, restaurant, entertainment, education, physical culture, culture and medical and sanitations.

Communication

     The axes of south and north of Anshan city runs through the East Area and to come to Ease Area form Shenyang-Dalian Express Way will take only several 10 minutes by car driving. And the modern and wide tunnel makes the center of Anshan city is quite near. The Qianshan road with planned width of 60 meters make Ease Area to be connected with Liaoyang city and Shenyang city in the north and dissolved into Shenyang-Dalian Economic Belt. The main urban trunk line of West Area like Xingsheng road and Huancheng road is arranged in a crisscross pattern and forms a superb communication and traffic net work.

 Power Supply

     East Area of Anshan High-tech Zone established one 66 KVA transformer station and general capacity is up to 40,000 KVA. According to the development requirement, Anshan High-tech Zone plan to establish 1 new transformer stations this year. West area of Anshan High-tech Zone established two 66 KVA transformer station and total capacity will reach up to 35500 KVA and will plan to construct new transformer station to meet the electricity requirement of investor.

Water Supoly

     There is a water plant in the East Area of Anshan High-tech Zone with daily ability of water supply of 200,000cubic meters. We are now executing an expanding engineering with water supply ability 100,000cubic meters. There is self-made well in West Area with daily water supply of 70,000cubic meters that was connected with main water pine line of Anshan city water supply.

Drainage

     A relatively complete drainage system was constructed separately in the East and West Area and can realize the function of rain and sewage separation and drainage system.

Telecommunication

     China Mobile, CNC, etc are all came to the zone. No matter telephone and network is all straightway.
